Hiisi Homes & Hotels Opens a Hotel in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki

Hiisi Homes & Hotels has agreed on a lease of a hotel property in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki. The property has featured a hotel previously as well and the hotel has been known as Hotel Aida. The property opening in the Spring of 2022 has been named as Hiisi Hotel Helsinki Jätkäsaari. The location and facilities will cater especially well for families and people visiting the property. The same property features as an example event house HUONE.

Hiisi Hotel Helsinki Jätkäsaari is the 2nd hotel property belonging to Hiisi Hotels automated homelike hotel concept. The first Hiisi Hotel was opened in Lohja in the summer of 2021. Hiisi Hotels concept is contactless by heart and embraces homelike features. Hiisi Hotels do not have a reception or breakfast available and check-in is available with door codes. The shared facilities inlude a guest kitchen and laundry available for guests.

Hiisi Homes & Hotels will take over the hotel property on March 1st 2022 and the plan is to open the doors by Easter. Entrepreneur Markus Veikkolainen says the opening schedule depends on the furniture deliveries. Hiisi Homes & Hotels tend to be very quick with new openings ans as soon as the furniture has arrived and new locks have been installed the door will be opened. In the meanwhile Hiisi team will make sure the Hiisi Hotels concept will be implemented by the time the opening is here.

Hiisi Homes & Hotels plan to add more than 100 new homes and homelike hotels rooms to inventory during 2022. New Hiisi Hotels will be opened within close proximity to Homes locations to serve guests with short accommodation needs.
