Key available for long-term stays.
Arrival instructions will be provided on the day of arrival by 15:00 by SMS and email unless otherwise agreed.
Regular arrival time from 15:00 and departure by 11:00.
Early arrival and late departure available upon agreement.

Spacious and cozy apartments with sauna surrounded by nice neighbourhood and good services. Tram stop around a corner and only a 12 minute trip to the heart of Tampere city.
Standard Studio, Sauna | 2 Single beds | Sofa bed
Standard Studio with a sauna is a nice apartment which sleeps up to 3 persons. 2 good single beds and a sofa bed guarantees a good night sleep. Standard Studio features a living area with a flat-screen tv and a dining table.
The apartment has all it takes for homelike living. Well equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy home cooking to the fullest. Iron and ironing board makes sure you have a chance to guarantee a well ironed shirt for you. Linen and towels are always included. 2 Single Beds | Sofa Bed
The apartment sleeps 1-3 persons. The strategic measurements of the sofa bed are 120 × 193 cm so it fits one homie perfectly.
The proper beds are made prior to your arrival by Hiisi Cleaning Partner. Kindly note sofa bed is not pre-made and the sofa bed must be made by the resident. Linen, towel, pillow and blanket for the sofa bed may be found inside the sofa. Instructions available here.

The fully equipped kitchen has all tools, cutlery and dishes for some wining, dining and cooking. You will also find cooking paper and basic stuff like coffee, tea, kitchen paper towels, pepper and salt from the kitchen. This apartment features a dishwasher for your comfort.
Bathroom & Sauna
All of our apartments have a sauna and a bathroom with a shower. Starter set of toilet paper, 2-in-1 hair and body soap are always included. There is a decent home away from home type of a hairdryer available. Washing machine and a drying rack enables you to wash clothes in your very own apartment.

All of our homes have a dedicated parking spot available for the residents. Please only use the spot reserved for you. There are spots available by the Laulunmaankatu street around the corner as well.
