The property features multiple small studios with a balcony which are the most affordably priced options to live at for 1 or 2 persons. The block also has a sauna available for the residents which may be used during public hours.

Hiisi Homes Turku Herttuankulma is located a bit further from the city center about 3 kilometres from Turku market square. This location also includes reasonably priced serviced apartments. Herttuankulma also features a bit more spacious studios.
