Please note departure cleaning is included in the accommodation price and rent. Upon departure we kindly expect our residents to take out trash, make sure furniture is on their original places, put the dishwasher on and to leave the apartment in a normal condition. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of up to 300 € in case of unusual uncleanliness or pure negligence like smoking inside.

Additional linen and towels in our hotels and hostel properties

In case you’d like to have an extra set of linen and towels in one of our Hiisi Homes properties you are welcome to do this by ordering a linen and towel change service. We do not have cleaning available at our Hiisi Homes properties on a daily basis so most of the times the change service will take place on a day with more cleaning in the given property but in any case we will take into account your wishes and make it happen responsibly logistically.
