Keyless pass to apartments on Lautamiehentie and Pehtoorintie. Arrival instructions will be provided on arrival day by 15:00 unless otherwise agreed.
Apartment types
We have nice one bedroom apartments in two locations Lautamiehentie 4, Vantaa and Pehtoorintie 2, Vantaa. All apartments have a sauna and are equivalent in terms of facilities and condition.
Standard Apartment, 1 Bedroom, Sauna
Standard Apartment, 1 Bedroom is a nice apartment which accommodates up to 4 persons. 3 good single beds and a sofa bed guarantees a good night sleep. Standard Apartment, 1 Bedroom feature a living area with a flat-screen tv and a dining table.
The apartment has all it takes for homelike living. Well equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy home cooking to the fullest. Iron and ironing board makes sure you have a chance to guarantee a well ironed shirt for you. Linen and towels are always included and the beds are made of course by Hiisi Homies. Rest assure you will stay connected with your family and friends while staying at Hiisi with our free wifi. And no stress about cleaning – we take care of the final cleaning after you’ve checked out.
3 Single Beds and a Sofa bed
The apartment accommodates 1-4 persons. The strategic measurements of the sofa bed are 120x93cm so it fits one homie perfectly.

Standard Apartment, 1 Bedroom is a spacious home away from home and suits especially well for parties from 2 to 4 people.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has all tools, cutlery and dishes for some wining, dining and cooking. You will also find cooking paper and basic stuff like coffee, tea, kitchen towels, cooking oil, pepper and salt from the kitchen. You are welcome to wash the dishes by hand.
Bathroom & Sauna
All of our apartments have a bathroom with a shower. Hiisi Homes Vantaa Sauna Airport’s specialty is a sauna in every apartment. Toilet paper, soap and shampoo are always included. There is a decent home away from home type of a hairdryer available. Washing machine and a drying rack enables you to wash clothes in your very own apartment. We are aware that all of our bathrooms are not the latest fashion but for sure those are as clean as possible.

Well equipped kitchen and close proximity of supermarkets ensures you may release your inner master chef and cook whatever you want whenever you want. We know you may not always be up for a cooking challenge which is why you can always order home delivery from local restaurants.

House Rules
You, Our Homie, accept our house rules when arriving to Hiisi Homes – Homes for Homies.
Payments. The accommodation will be paid in advance by card or online banking. Invoicing for companies available upon prior agreement.
Cancellations and modifications. In case You choose Flexible Rate, you may cancel or modify your booking free of charge up until 7 days prior to your arrival. In case of late cancellation or modification we hold the right to charge 100% of the total charge of the booking. In case You choose Super Flexible Rate, you may cancel or modify your booking free of charge up until 48 hours prior to your arrival. In case of late cancellation or modification we hold the right to charge 100% of the total charge of the booking. In case You choose Non Refundable Rate no cancellation or modifications may be done the booking. Full amount will be charged in case of cancellation or modification.
Final cleaning is always included. In case the final cleaning takes longer than expected due to unusual circumstances at the apartment, we hold the right to charge up to 300€ extra cleaning charge.
Departure by 11:00. In case not otherwise agreed in advance we hold the right to charge 10€ for each hour after 11:00. Our Homies start cleaning of the apartments at 11:00 in order to get the Homes ready on time for the next Homies.
Extra Homies. Please advice in advance if you plan to bring more Homies with you than originally booked. If more beds are used than originally reserved, we hold the right to charge 10€/bed/night. Whether the Homie is a person or a pet I am sure we agree it is always best if we know this in advance so we can make sure we have for example enough pillows and towels for the extra Homies. Extra charge for an extra Homie is 10€/night/Homie.
Hiisi Homes’ are non smoking. Smoking inside the Homes, on the balconies or inside the apartment buildings is strictly prohibited. If unable to obey these non smoking rules beware the fire alarm, fire brigade and a extra charge of 300€. We hold the right to charge the guest for the costs of the fire brigade arriving on the spot due to negligence.
Business of any kind or disturbing neighbors is not allowed at Hiisi Homes. Silence must exist on a daily basis between 22:00 – 07:00.
The Homie staying at Hiisi Homes is responsible to cover any occurring costs for any damaged equipment. Kindly get in touch with us if you find any damaged equipment upon your arrival.
Hiisi Homes holds the right to discontinue the reservation if the Homie staying at Hiisi Homes severely or repeatedly violates with these rules. Payment will not be refunded.
